Oxford Oak Flooring Ltd collects only the information you give us through our consultation, sample and guide forms, by phone or by email: your name, contact details, address and details of your project. We use it to arrange and carry out your consultation, prepare proposals, deliver samples and guides, and keep in touch about your project.

We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider on our behalf. You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold by emailing info@oxfordoakflooring.co.uk.

Cookie policy

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores one setting in your browser for the current visit only, so the opening animation is not repeated on every page. If analytics are added in future, we will ask for your consent first.

Terms and conditions

Consultations and samples are provided free of charge and without obligation. All work is quoted in a written proposal, which sets out materials, scope, timescale and price, and is confirmed by your written acceptance. Materials are ordered on receipt of a deposit as stated in the proposal; the balance is due on completion.

Timber is a natural material and will vary in colour and grain from samples. We guarantee our workmanship; manufacturers\u2019 warranties cover the products themselves and are passed to you on completion. Oxford Oak Flooring Ltd is fully insured. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
